We are excited to have you join us this season and we appreciate your support.
Communication is key to ensuring the success of the league. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails with the information you will need this season. Due to this being a mass email system, please check your filters to ensure that messages do not get lost in your junk mail folder. Included are answers to some common questions you may have. WINTER SEASON START DATES:
Practice: Monday 1/6/25 or Wednesday 1/8/25
Games: Saturday 1/18/25
LEAGUE LOCATION:
All Games and Practices will be held at Bishop Larkin Catholic School
8408 Monarch Dr, Port Richey, FL 34668
IMPORTANT DATES:
Picture Day: TBD
Pictures will be taken on a Gameday prior to game.
Playoffs: 3/1/25
All teams make the Playoffs and will have at least one game scheduled today. Exact schedules for this date will be posted after the standings are finalized. Losing teams are eliminated and receive awards.
Superbowl: 3/8/25
Only the teams that win their playoff game will advance to the Superbowl today. Awards and Superbowl Rings after each game.
EQUIPMENT:
NFL FLAG Jersey, NFL Shorts, Flag Belt/Flags, and a mouth guard must be worn each week. Your uniform plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration will be handed out by your coach on the first practice.
Players can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers. No metal cleats allowed.
DID YOU SUBMIT ALL BUDDY/COACH REQUESTS IN YOUR REGISTRATION?
Please make sure you have submitted any and all buddy/coach requests on your Fall registration, so you have a better chance of playing with friends and/or family. By doing this, we can move forward with a more seamless process for any requests submitted before the registration deadline, giving you a better chance of meeting your preferences. While we can't guarantee that all requests will be accommodated, we will do our absolute best to make decisions that benefit the league as a whole.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL MY PLAYER(S) RECEIVE THEIR EQUIPMENT?
Once we complete putting teams together, we will send the rosters to our inventory department which will begin to pack and ship out equipment to our League. Your coach will pass out uniforms. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belt, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your first scheduled Practice. You must bring a mouthguard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
WHAT OTHER EQUIPMENT WILL MY PLAYER NEED THIS SEASON?

WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
We are hosting our coaches meeting a few weeks before the season starts. You should hear from your coach within the week.
WILL THERE BE ANY PRACTICES DURING THE WEEK?
We are a recreational organization on a mission to make our favorite sport accessible, inclusive, and fun for every child who wants to play. Part of this mission is only requiring a 2-hour commitment from families each week allowing them time to participate in additional activities. Therefore, we only require 1-hour practices once a week at Bishop Larkin.
WE WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME OF THE ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE AFTER WE COMPLETED THE REGISTRATION BUT THE OPTIONS ARE NO LONGER SHOWING. CAN WE STILL PURCHASE ANY OF THOSE ITEMS?
Once the registration has been completed, the optional merchandise cannot be added to the initial order, however, families are welcome to shop our NFL FAN SHOP online or at the Fields any time to rep their team or grab some official NFL Flag gear!
ARE THERE PLAYOFFS?
All teams make it to the playoffs. You are guaranteed 1 game. Single Elimination. If you lose, the season is over, and awards will be given out after the game. If you win, you advance to the Superbowl the following week.
